KARISMA KAPOOR BIOGRAPHY

She was born on June 25, 1974 to Randhir Kapoor, an actor popular during the 1970s and 80s, and actress Babita. She's one of the most glamorous girls in Bollywood and has got the maturity in playing the roles offered and given to her to the perfection so rapidly that she now stands among the top ten of the Bollywood. Karishma Kapoor is an Award-winning popular Indian actress who has worked in many perilously and commercially successful Bollywood movies.

Karishma Kapoor was born to one of the most eminent family of Bollywood one thought Karishma Kapoor, daughter of Babita and Randhir Kapoor, had a silver spoon to her concession and all doors would open to her automatically. Her grandfather was the Raj Kapoor; her great grandfather was Prithviraj Kapoor . Her younger sister Kareena Kapoor is also a famous Indian actress.She spent her early years of schooling in "CATHEDRAL and JOHN CONNAN HIGH SCHOOL" at Fort - Bombay and did her CBSE before she joined "SOPHI COLLEGE for FYJC" in ARTS. Karisma made her debut in the 1991 movie Prem Qaidi, which was a semi-hit. An all-around actress, the pair of Karishma-Govinda gave several hits. But it was in 'Raja Hindustani? that one saw a shift in Karishma's performance. So power-packed was she in the film that it immediately fetched her the Filmfare's Best Actress award for 1996, apart from being the biggest hit of that year. The following year, she won the Filmfare Best Supporting Actress Award and the National Film Award for Best Supporting Actress for her role in the film, Dil To Pagal Hai. The blue-eyed beauty has acted with all the heroes and enjoys her profession keeping fit all the time that whenever she gets her time off she finds and makes a bit of it to dance.
